Soft Ice Packs

Food can be kept cooler longer with the addition of ice packs, which should be placed on top of food as cold travels downwards. POLAR GEAR® offers non-toxic soft packs in family and mini sizes.

Our ice packs are made in the UK and every batch of water used to make them is bacteria tested. We also include 'Do not swallow - this is not a drink' warnings on the ice packs themselves. However, from time to time we get calls from worried parents when children accidentally drink the contents of a mini ice pack used to keep their lunch cool. We can reassure our customers that occasional, accidental drinks will not cause any long term harm and the contents are water and added chlorine to keep the water clean and added in a very small concentration - less than used in swimming pools.
